Camouflage Belt

Application

The camouflage belt that Aram developed uses the specially developed processing machine for existing single color product or white color product to have the heat transfer-printing that it maintains the tension intensity of the existing product while go through the camouflage pattern processing that it completely improved the sunshine, friction and washing fastness, a short-coming of the transfer-printing.

Technique

Transfer-print of heat transfer printing method is a custom made processing method to respond immediately for demand that the desired pattern is printed on the paper to print in high temperature and move to the fabric. It produces the clear color and high resolution and it is pro-environmental technique with no waste water or pollution.

Features

Processing is made from the grey fabric that the inventory burden is lessened with high quality stability. Processing is made at high temperature that the fabric of low density made it stronger against washing, friction and sunshine fastness to realize various design now.

Cost

For initial production, the initial cost arises for design production, copper plate processing fees and others that when mass production is made, there is no additional cost that the low priced and high quality product may be produced.

Strength/Weakness

Quality of product is consistent and may produce without the burden of inventory. The expression of product is not complete but it does not get thicker. Front side and back side are mutually processed differently to have the dual effect. It may express the sophisticated and diverse colors of design.
